Dengan KRL Anda bisa menhemat 1 jam atau lebih dibanding menggunakan kendaraan mobil pribadi, yang masa tempuhnya bisa 2 hingga 3 jam bisa saja lebih, tergantung situasi dan kondisi lalu lintas dengan harga tiket Rp8.000 per orang.
Rute KRL Solo-Joga akan berhenti dibeberapa stasiun dari Stasiun Palur, Stasiun Solo Brebes, Stasiun Solo Balapan, Stasiun Purwosari, Stasiun Gawok, Stasiun Delanggu, Stasiun Ceper, Stasiun Klaten, Stasiun Srowot, Stasiun Brambanan, Stasiun Maguwo, Stasiun Lempuyangan, dan berakhir di Stasiun Yogyakarta.
Selain cepat harga tiket pun sangat murah hanya Rp8.000 saja untuk sekali perjalanan, pembelian bisa dilakukan di loket-loket stasiun atau membeli online melalui aplikasi Access by KAI, aplikasi C-Access dan fitur Go Transit pada aplikasi Gojek.
